Understanding and Developing Emotional Intelligence (EI)
This workshop distills the most essential elements of Emotional Intelligence (or Emotional Quotient – EQ) for teachers to use in an education context. Teachers will deepen their understanding of different personality types through the Enneagram framework. Their ability to inspire and manage students will improve in conjunction with their EQ. In addition, this workshop provides teachers with specific insights according to their personality type for self-development and to help reduce the accumulation of stress.
